Energy and asset operations
Geospatial platforms supporting land, assets, operations, engineering, environmental work, and distributed field teams.
Evergreen Spatial modernizes geospatial infrastructure and data for energy and asset-intensive organizations — from architecture to stable production.
It is connecting identity, infrastructure, spatial data, field work, and applications into a platform the business can trust and the internal team can operate.
The technical risk is high, dependencies are unclear, and nobody wants to own the cutover.
Each component works on its own, but the end-to-end platform is slow, fragile, or difficult to support.
Mobile workflows capture information, but quality control and downstream operational use remain manual.
The platform depends on undocumented decisions and a single expert who cannot remain the long-term support model.
Evergreen can lead the full modernization or take responsibility for the difficult layer between enterprise IT, geospatial technology, data engineering, and operations.
Assess, design, build, upgrade, and stabilize ArcGIS Enterprise environments with the security and operational controls expected inside enterprise IT — including high availability, disaster recovery, and low-risk production cutovers.

Map the current architecture, dependencies, pain points, and the outcome that matters. The first deliverable is clarity, not a software purchase.
Define a target architecture, migration sequence, controls, and owners that can survive enterprise IT — before implementation creates new debt.
Implement with production standards, test the failure modes, and manage handoffs between GIS, cloud, security, database, and operations teams.
Usable runbooks, training for the people who own the system, and continued involvement for upgrades or platform support where it adds value.
Evergreen brings the operating context that matters when geospatial systems sit inside real security, cloud, data-governance, field, and change-management constraints.
Geospatial platforms supporting land, assets, operations, engineering, environmental work, and distributed field teams.
Architecture that accounts for identity, networking, databases, cloud governance, availability, security, and support ownership.
Upgrades, migrations, integrations, and production cutovers where reliability, documentation, and handoff matter as much as the design.

"The goal is not another pilot. It is a platform the business can trust and the internal team can operate."
Daniel founded Evergreen Spatial after more than two decades designing, modernizing, and leading geospatial programs in large enterprise environments. His experience spans GIS architecture, data engineering, application development, cloud platforms, and program leadership.
He works directly with each client, so the person shaping the architecture remains accountable for implementation, documentation, knowledge transfer, and the operating model left behind.
